| While we ship our products via FedEx, UPS and USPS (Priority Rate Flat Rate Boxes) as an available service we can make deliveries (by appointment) to the Lake Wallenpaupack area for orders over $250. |
| Sales Tax All sales made in Pennsylvania whether shipped or delivered are subject to state and local sales taxes. Shipments to New York are also subject to state and local sales taxes. |
| Warranty/Return Policy All items sold are warranted by their manufacturer to be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship. Any product requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. CMC offers a return period of 25 days (30 days for boat trailer tires) from the date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and in a condition in which they can be resold. SPECIAL ORDER items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs and Cartography are not returnable unless defective and then only for replacement. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to columbia@ptd.net. Please be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned and the reason for the return, Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%; please contact CMC for details. Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments. We will accept returns of boat trailer tires within 30 days of delivery as long as they have not be driven. Refund Policy-For our customer's protection, we do not maintain your credit card information on file (paper or electronic storage) after your original was placed. Therefore, you would be required to provide your credit card information again in order to process a refund. |

| Nearly every product found at a retail store is available from us at a competitive price! In-stock items usually ship on the next business day. Low cost shipping charges to DE, MD, PA, NJ, NY and CT. We offer quality products from over 300 manufacturers. (Due to the large number of available products, not all of them will be listed on the website) Our regular selling price is provided for each featured product (except where indicated) Some manufacturers require that retailers do not list their actual selling price on-line. We are required list a "Minimum Advertised Price" (M.A.P.) due to competitive pressure. In most cases, the M.A.P. is usually higher than our actual selling price. Please keep in mind that we will offer to discount prices as best as we can as your sales order grows. The more you buy the more you save! So make a list of desired products along with any bulk purchase items and we'll offer the best possible deal for everything.
